A HomeBuyer Report, also referred to as a Level 2 RICS Survey, is essentially a property’s overall health assessment. It is an unbiased examination of all exposed and reachable areas of a property. It is perfect for the majority of contemporary homes as well as for older homes that appear to be in reasonable shape and have not undergone extensive renovations.
