What does a party wall agreement look like?

There is no such thing as a party wall agreement. A party wall notice will have an acknowledgement form with 3 options to respond. If option 1 is ticked and the form signed then this is a consent under the act and there will be no other paperwork. If option 2 or 3 are selected then a dispute arises which is settled by a Party Wall Award.
